After clicking the registration tab, you will be directed to the EMS Scanning Registration site, where you will need to enter your Acadis ID. Once you complete your registration, click on the "Add Attendee" and "Review" tabs to proceed to the class selection page. The classes are organized by time slots; expanding a time slot will display the available courses.
Please note that payment is required to finalize your registration and secure your enrollment in the selected classes. We will no longer be sending invoices, accepting checks, or purchase orders.
All registrations must be submitted by the end of the day on December 30, 2026, to secure your spot at the conference. Late registrations will not be accepted, and walk-in registrations are not permitted.
Any registrations received after this date, including on-site registrations, will not be processed. FSTB will not issue invoices for payment, and purchase orders are not accepted as a form of payment. Please ensure your registration is completed before the deadline.
If you need to cancel your registration email Don Minks with the Fire Service Training Bureau at [email protected] and we will get your registration canceled. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Event confirmation will be sent immediately after you complete your payment and submit your registration. We appreciate your promptness and look forward to welcoming you!
After the Fire School weekend, you will receive an email with an evaluation form. Once you submit your completed evaluation, you will receive your Fire School transcript.
There will be a written (electronic) exam administered for all certification levels on Saturday starting at 4:30 p.m. To register for this opportunity, please follow the link below and select the January 30, 2027, Fire School option. There is a $50 fee per certification level separate from the fees paid for Fire School. REGISTER HERE.
With Event Management Solutions LLC., class credit will now be different from previous years. We have eliminated sign-in sheets. Instead, you will need to have your badge scanned before leaving each classroom to receive credit for attendance. It is crucial that you get your badge scanned at the end of each class before exiting, as reentry to scan again is not allowed. If you do not get scanned, we will be unable to retroactively add you to the class. Therefore, it is essential that you do not skip this step.
After the weekend, once all data is uploaded, you will receive an email with an evaluation form. Upon submitting the evaluation, your weekend transcript will be sent directly to your email. All credits will be uploaded into your Acadis portal once the event concludes. Please note that while you will see the credits reflected, no certificates will be issued.
Fire Service Training Bureau will NO longer accept payment over the phone and will not bill departments. All payments are due at time of registration. Acceptable payment methods include credit or debit cards.
