About the ISICS Network Operations Center (NOC)
The ISICS NOC monitors and executes daily operational activities needed to manage the ISICS Radio Network. Some tasks include sending out annual system maintenance schedule notifications, fielding phone calls from ISICS users regarding system performance issues, as well as using a diversified set of tools to monitor system performance and capabilities.
Should any system impacting issues be identified, the NOC will troubleshoot and triage those issues. Appropriate action will then be taken to escalate identified issues to service vendors, system administrators, and ISICS management as needed. The ISICS NOC will also track trouble tickets through resolution and report restoration to affected ISICS users.
