The POR Board’s meetings are scheduled monthly at 2:00 pm on the third Monday of each month. January meetings are scheduled one day later to observe the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. All meeting dates and times are subject to rescheduling due to holidays and Board Members’ availability. Meeting agendas will be posted below as they are available.
Requested agenda items must be submitted to the POR Board Secretary no later than 4:30 pm on the Wednesday prior to each meeting to be included on the following week's agenda.
Meetings are held at DPS Headquarters in the public conference room just off the main lobby at the following address:
