ANAMOSA, Iowa - This is not a press release from the Iowa Department of Public Safety. It is an update being distributed on behalf of the Iowa Department of Corrections as a result of the Division of Criminal Investigation's on-going investigation of this case. Please see below the Complaint & Affidavit, criminal charges and photos following announcements at a press conference today at the Anamosa State Penitentiary with comments from Iowa Department of Corrections Director Beth Skinner and Division of Criminal Investigation Special Agent In Charge Rick Rahn.
