JOHNSTON, IOWA - This is not a press release from the Iowa Department of Public Safety. It is being shared as a result of DPS Commissioner Stephan K. Bayens' participation in Governor Kim Reynolds press conference today announcing the donation of protective equipment to Ukraine.
