DES MOINES, Iowa - On May 6, 2020, the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) assisted the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Wyoming Department of Criminal Investigation and the Tennessee 22nd Judicial District Attorney’s Office with the arrest of Clark Perry Baldwin (DOB 8-22-61) of 209 W. 5th Street #612 Waterloo, Iowa.
Baldwin has been charged with the 1991 murder of Pamela McCall in Tennessee and two 1992 homicides in Wyoming. See the attached press releases from Wyoming and Tennessee authorities regarding Clark Baldwin:
