ESTHERVILLE, Iowa - This is not a press release from the Iowa Department of Public Safety. It is being distributed on behalf of the Emmet County Sheriff's Office as a result of the Division of Criminal Investigation's assistance to local authorities in this case.
UPDATE 2-16: As a result of the continuing investigation into wrongdoing by current and former officials from the City of Armstrong, another person is now in custody.
