PALO, Iowa - On Saturday July 3, law enforcement officials were called to investigate two individuals found deceased inside a vehicle parked in the Pleasant Creek State Recreation Area in rural Linn County. Those two individuals have been identified as:
Cody Michael Rhodes-Age 31
Courtney Lynne Rhodes-Age 27
The Office of the State Medical Examiner conducted autopsies over the holiday weekend. Autopsy results are pending and the Cause of Death and Manner of Death is yet to be determined. The investigation is ongoing and no additional information will be released at this time.
