KEOKUK, Iowa - The Keokuk Police Department and the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation are issuing an Endangered Person Advisory for 15βyear-old Clarissa Young. Clarissa was reported missing on September 27, 2024. She was last known to have been with Shawn Carrell. They may be traveling in a white 1998 Dodge Ram with a red hood. Iowa license plate OCG501 or Illinois 2797815B.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Clarissa Young and Shawn Carrell is asked to contact the Lee County Communications Center at 319.372.1310 or call their local law enforcement agency.
