On April 10th, we celebrate the D.A.R.E. Day (Drug Abuse Resistance Education). This program has been empowering students since 1983, helping millions of kids worldwide develop the skills they need to stay away from drugs, gangs, and violence.

In Iowa, we're proud of the recent D.A.R.E. Officer Training graduates who completed an intensive 80-hour course. These dedicated officers are equipped to guide students from kindergarten through 12th grade on making positive, healthy choices.

A big thank you to all D.A.R.E. officers for their commitment to shaping a brighter future for our children.
