CLARINDA, Iowa - The Clarinda Police Department and the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation are issuing an Endangered Person Advisory for 68-year-old Andrew Bell. Andrew was reported missing on September 24, 2025, and was last seen at around 7:30 p.m. leaving Casey’s General Store in Clarinda. He may be traveling in a brown 2014 Kia Forte 4-Door, South Carolina license plate 742-AQT. 

Anyone with information on Andrew’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Clarinda Police Department at (712) 542-2194 or call their local law enforcement agency.
